Director of Rehabilitation at Marin Post Acute
Location: San Rafael, CA
Marin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our team of therapy professionals. If you are passionate about improving patient outcomes and have strong leadership skills, we invite you to join our team and make a real impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams.
* Oversee patient care plans, ensuring individualized and effective treatment strategies.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
* Mentor and support the growth and development of the rehab team.
* Manage departmental budget and ensure financial success.
Qualifications:
* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California.
* Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
