Field Process Quality Manager (Temporal)
From the Technology department, we have a temporary position as a QA Manager responsible for leading main projects and coordinating the involved teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Quality Installation team within the Quality and Portfolio Performance department.
* Monitor the quality of new installations across all sales channels, improve performance metrics, and provide structured, regular feedback to installer managers.
* Lead initiatives to improve installer performance, providing full support to ensure successful implementation.
* Collaborate with the Technology department to facilitate understanding of the installation process and continuously seek process improvements.
* Participate in the introduction of new products and services in the installation and maintenance processes throughout the project lifecycle until transition to BAU.
Responsibilities cover the Southern Platform (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, and Latam).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in installation or sales quality management roles.
* Over 3 years of experience leading teams of 6-10 people.
* Data and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
* Excellent planning skills, high drive, initiative, and delivery focus.
* Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and planning/analytic tools.
* Willingness to travel abroad.
