Enrich the internal database with newly identified issues.Work closely with cross-functional teams (PEGA Developers, Front End Developers, Scrum Masters, Tech lead, QA…) aiming to improve operations and provide recommendations for change.Attend Agile (Scrum) ceremonies i.E. daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives and maintain status of activities up-to-date in Jira and/or ServiceNow.Contribute to and enforce best practices in the developed Product.Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust and transparency.Requirements:Proven work experience as a PEGA Systems Architect or similar roleExcellent problem-solving, communication skills and high attention to detailHands-on experience with PEGA, Postman, Confluence, JIRA, API and event-driven architectures.Keen to learn other technologies, namely SAP, Salesforce.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent in English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and its ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).3-5 Years as a PEGA CSSA or CSA role with proven project experienceB.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Other desired skills:SalesForce Marketing cloud, Python, Javascript, SAP ERPMonitoring: Datadog.Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro.API: OpenAPI, REST, Postman.Web technologies: HTTP, OAUTH2, WebComponentsWe positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English.
