Your role :
Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee the distribution of Oakley and Bliz in strategic accounts across Spain. This role will be responsible for sales and the comprehensive management of their client portfolio. The main product categories include sunglasses, goggles, helmets, apparel, and accessories.
Main responsibilities :
* Manage the client portfolio at a national level, ensuring business growth and achievement of sales objectives.
* Develop commercial strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase brand penetration in the market.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and define sales conditions aligned with corporate strategies.
* Monitor sales performance and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure efficient customer service and proper brand positioning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a reference point for strategic and operational needs.
* Manage the assigned budget and forecast to ensure effective resource planning.
* Define, in collaboration with the Marketing team, the 3-year brand implementation strategy and the different product categories.
Main requirements :
* Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* High proficiency in Spanish and English.
* At least 5 years of experience in sports or fashion apparel sectors.
* Experience as a Key Account Manager for sports brands, negotiating and managing accounts at a national level.
* Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and excellent relational abilities.
* Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe.
* Desirable: Passion for sports.
* Driver’s license required.
