Role and Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional engineering team working on the ingestion and integration of global market data
Drive the development of scalable distributed systems that power real-time data accessibility
Own the technical vision and roadmap for a new Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) initiative
Collaborate with other engineering leaders to define and implement next-generation data pipelines
Optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, safe, and reliable software delivery
Mentor engineers, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure timely project delivery
Languages : Golang, Python
CI/CD : Modern continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps best practices
Tools : Git, modern monitoring and observability platforms
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a software engineering leader, with strong architectural and development skills
Proficient in Golang
Solid background in building and managing distributed systems
Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering user value
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
Experience with CI/CD processes and agile delivery
Bonus: Financial domain experience or familiarity with trading platforms
Bonus: Experience with real-time data pipelines or streaming technologies
