PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
At NaviLens, we are looking for an International Sales Account Manager to drive international sales of NaviLens’ inclusive technology by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with strategic partners, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure—contributing to the global mission of improving accessibility for all.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Development
- Lead the end-to-end sales process in assigned regions (from lead generation to closing deals).
- Manage a pipeline of public and private sector opportunities:
transit agencies, municipalities, FMCG brands, cultural institutions, and accessibility consultants.
- Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations tailored to the stakeholder profile and local context.
2. Client Engagement & Growth
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and partners in sectors including transport, consumer goods, corporate buildings, tourism, museums, and others.
- Understand the clients’ accessibility challenges and position NaviLens as the transformative solution.
- Actively maintain client satisfaction and identify upselling or expansion opportunities.
3. Account and Territory Management
- Create and maintain account plans with clear targets, actions, and timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support localized outreach and deployment.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast updates.
4. Solution & Market Expertise
- Develop deep understanding of NaviLens solutions and their applications in real-world environments.
- Stay current on accessibility legislation and competitive technologies in the territory.
- Gather and communicate market feedback to inform product and business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in international B2B sales, ideally in tech, accessibility, mobility, or smart city sectors
- Familiarity with public procurement and sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with international, multicultural clients
Skills:
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Fluency in English;
other languages (especially Spanish, French, Arabic, or German) are a plus
- High emotional intelligence, customer-first mindset
- Strong digital and CRM proficiency
