Skello is a fast-growing French startup with an ambitious objective: to enable professionals to achieve their goals and plan their success. Skello is the leading workforce & schedule management tool that helps service industries, retail, and business owners boost performance with an innovative online solution. In just four years, we have grown from 4 to over 100 teammates supporting more than 5,500 clients across sectors. We partner with brands like Starbucks, Carrefour, Mercure Hotels, Adidas, Yves Rocher, and more. We raised €6M in 2018 from VC firms and plan to double our team to become the European leader. With headquarters in Paris, we are expanding into Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany. If you're interested in joining our success story, you're in the right place.
The Context: With our fundraising, we aim to strengthen our team to hack the Spanish market with talented experts.
What you should expect: As Growth Marketing Manager Spain, you will be the first marketing hire in the Spanish expansion team, working directly with Luis, the country manager, and Eliott, our VP Marketing. Your role is to develop Skello's marketing in Spain to generate qualified prospects for the sales team.
Your objective: To help us conquer the Spanish market, focusing on lead generation to impact revenue growth.
Your Missions:
1. Lead Generation: Identify reliable sources, organize data scraping, enrichment, and lead allocation to sales teams to improve prospecting efficiency.
2. Blog & SEO: Conduct keyword research and coordinate with content writers to improve search engine rankings.
3. Website & Landing Pages Content: Manage content for local website and landing pages, ensuring optimization for conversions.
4. Paid Campaigns: Collaborate with the global marketing team to maximize ROI and maintain acceptable customer acquisition costs.
5. Nurturing: Set up and maintain workflows to increase awareness and drive MQLs.
6. Brand Awareness: Act as a brand ambassador, supporting events and PR strategies.
7. Sales Materials: Own and ensure consistency of sales decks and pitches with the global marketing team.
You will be based in Barcelona, with potential short visits to Paris.
Your Profile: You will create a new department as the first marketing hire, with ownership and autonomy. The role offers quick evolution based on your ambition and market development. Benefits include extra holidays and a lunch break subsidy.
Recruitment Process: Interviews with Luis, Eliott, references, and an offer.
What we have to offer: Ownership, autonomy, a positive culture, growth opportunities, holidays, and lunch subsidies.
