* Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
* Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
* Consolidate and build the customer base
* Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
* Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
* Handle customer needs and inquiries

* Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
* Handle customer needs and inquiries
Requirements
Requirements:
* Language Sklls: C2 level of Italian. Good level of English (oral and written)
* Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly
* Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision
* CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes
* Communication Skills:
* Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements
* Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player
Specialized Skills for Italian Market:
* Italian Market Knowledge: understanding of the Italian business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Italy, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies.
o Familiarity with the key sectors of the Italian economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding the specific needs of each industry
* Italian Communication: ability to communicate with Italian professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor.
o Understanding of the nuances of Italian business language, using appropriate terminology and avoiding cultural misunderstandings
* Italian Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Italian business regulations and data privacy laws

* Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 21.080€ gross/year + up to 3.720€ gross/year in bonus
