Your Day-to-Day
* You will be the reference point at your location for all members and the spokesperson for our clients.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with a people-centric approach.
* Be responsible for Account Management at your location, holding periodic one-to-one meetings with internal clients.
* Keep up-to-date Account Management data in our CRM and provide bi-weekly and monthly reports to upper management.
* Show and tour the space to potential customers.
* Solve issues of complexity and sudden immediacy such as member terminations or possible improvements or requests.
* Be in charge of negotiation and closing sales opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
* Ensure building operations and processes run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
* Maintain the vibe and organization of the space.
* Run periodic checks to oversee facility status and arrange repairs, maintenance, or required updates.
* Coordinate with other teams for proper maintenance of facilities.
* Liaise with external providers to adjust and improve services and report inefficiencies.
Leading Your Team
* Lead and supervise the team at your location: set the tone, demand performance, drive results.
* Ensure process execution is achieved and respected.
* Design and implement rules, guidelines, and processes to improve member experience and business operations.
* Contribute actively to content creation in our internal knowledge base.
* Be the point of contact between HQ and your location, supervising correct execution of processes and protocols to meet Aticco standards.
