This role sits at the intersection ofbr/br/business and ITbr/br/, working closely with business stakeholders, the Application Manager and development teams to analyse processes, manage operational issues and deliver continuous improvements to SAP applications.br/br/The position combinesbr/br/Business Analysis with operational application supportbr/br/, ensuring SAP O2C processes run smoothly while driving enhancements across the system landscape.br/br/What you’ll do Act as thebr/br/link between business stakeholders and IT teamsbr/br/for SAP O2C related topics Gather and analysebr/br/business requirementsbr/br/and translate them into functional specifications and user stories Supportbr/br/BAU operationsbr/br/of SAP O2C applications and help analyse operational issues Coordinate with SAP consultants and developers to deliver system improvements and enhancements Preparebr/br/functional documentation, blueprints and solution designs Participate inbr/br/testing activities (UAT, validation, regression testing) Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP-based business processes Help prioritise business needs and prepare issues for delivery teamsbr/br/Who you are You are abr/br/Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with SAP exposurebr/br/, comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams. You enjoy understanding how business processes work, analysing problems and helping translate business needs into system improvements. This role focuses onbr/br/analysis, coordination and process improvement rather than hands-on SAP configurationbr/br/.br/br/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience working with SAP environmentsbr/br/(ECC or S/4HANA) Good understanding ofbr/br/Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processes Knowledge ofbr/br/SAP SD, MM or PP modules Exposure to other modules such asbr/br/FI/CO or finance processesbr/br/is a plus Experience gathering requirements, writingbr/br/user stories and functional documentation Experience supportingbr/br/UAT and system enhancements Understanding ofbr/br/sales, logistics or supply chain processes Experience working withbr/br/international teams Fluent Englishbr/br/Nice to have Experience withbr/br/SAP integrationsbr/br/(SAP CPI, BTP or middleware tools) Exposure tobr/br/SAP Fiori or modern SAP interfaces Experience working inbr/br/Agile environmentsbr/br/What we offer We offer you a key position with interesting and challenging tasks, a good view to the Sanoma and opportunities for professional growth.
