Your Mission

We’re hiring 2 SDRs to grow our sales team!

As a Sales Development Representative at Qalea, a fast-growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity startup, you’ll be on the front line of our growth. Your mission is to connect with the right people, qualify real opportunities, and create curiosity about how we solve their cybersecurity and compliance challenges.

You’ll learn fast, experiment often, and make an impact from day one. Ready to be a key player in taking our solution to the next level?

A day in your life as a SDR, here at Qalea

- Identify and engage high-potential B2B prospects through cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Qualify leads by uncovering business needs, budget, and decision-making processes - ensuring only the right opportunities move forward.

- Identify key decision-makers and understand their challenges to position Qalea as a trusted partner.

- Highlight what Qalea solves with clear and relatable examples, leaving the how for the demo.

- Handle objections with confidence to keep conversations moving forward.

- Book high-value meetings by framing them as valuable, practical sessions that potential clients genuinely want to attend.

- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to ensure smooth handover to Account Executives.

- Own your goals and consistently contribute to hitting our sales development targets.

You’ll rock if you have

Must-haves:

- Around 1 year of experience in SDR, Business Development, or another commercial role.

- Native Spanish and intermediate/advanced English.

- Clear, engaging communication skills - you always end up getting the information others don’t.

- A proactive, positive, and goal-driven mindset.

- Strong ability to organize yourself, manage time effectively, and stay focused.

- A genuine interest in technology and curiosity to learn how SaaS companies grow, especially in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance-related products.

- Hands-on use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting/enrichment tools.

- Ambition to grow into an Account Executive - sky is the limit here!

- Previous experience in a VC-backed startup (ideally Seed or Series A stage).

- A degree in business, marketing, psychology, humanities - or proven commercial talent through experience.
