We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Product Owner) who can bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution. This role combines hands-on QA expertise with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables while aligning development efforts with business goals.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on new and existing product functionalitiesIdentify, document, track, and manage bugs through resolutionDevelop and implement both manual and automated testing processes to meet client and product requirementsMonitor debugging processes and ensure timely resolution of issuesMaintain transparency across workflows and proactively resolve conflicts within teamsCreate, prioritize, and manage product backlogs and task lists to ensure smooth executionConduct regular reviews using project management tools to ensure alignment across development and product teamsAct as a liaison between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goalsContinuously refine and reprioritize product features based on feedback and evolving business needsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood and effectively implementedRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in Quality Assurance and Product Ownership rolesStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processesExperience with automation testing frameworksFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsKnowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.G., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)Certification in QA or Product Ownership (e.G., ISTQB, CSPO) is a plus
