WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join Phiture as a Growth Lead and be the primary strategist and leader for your team. You will be pivotal in aligning all activities with client objectives and ensuring a unified marketing approach. As a leader in our specialized Growth Marketing team, your role extends beyond just supervising team performance; it involves fostering innovation, refining strategies, and ensuring client happiness. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored for each client, integrating ASO, performance marketing, and retention strategies to create a unified marketing approach.
- Oversee the execution and ensure the quality of deliverables within your team, maintaining accountability for meeting the set goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Directors, Project Managers, and Creative Leads to ensure coherent client solutions, informed by data-driven insights from Analysts.
- Establish regular feedback loops within the team and with clients to continually refine strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Mentor and manage Senior Consultants, driving continuous growth and development within the team.
- Monitor and report on performance, setting and reviewing target KPIs for each account to ensure they are on track to meet or exceed expectations.
- Raise client confidence in Phiture's expertise and drive your team toward adopting innovative practices in growth marketing.
- Support business development initiatives to expand our client base.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- A proven track record in team and strategic marketing leadership
- Expertise in developing and implementing successful growth strategies encompassing ASO, performance marketing, and retention.
- Strong experience managing client relationships across multiple markets, demonstrating excellence in client communication and service.
- Exceptional understanding of user acquisition, keyword optimization, and retention strategies, particularly in-app growth contexts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and drive performance metrics in line with strategic goals.
- Enthusiasm for leading and innovating within a team focused on integrated app marketing solutions.
