1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management, including POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
2. Conduct Retail Penetration Analysis by analyzing market insights to ensure retail coverage effectively penetrates the market.
3. Manage Retail Co-Marketing Campaigns, including roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, seasonal campaigns, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Oversee Field Force Management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Spanish is required; English is preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in comprehensive Retail Management, preferably in the consumer electronic product industry.
* Strong data analysis skills and ROI calculation to optimize campaign budgets.
* Ability to independently manage suppliers and negotiate with retailers.
* Good logical thinking, management and coordination skills, operational execution, learning agility, and stress resistance.
