Location: Guadalajara, MexicoWorking Model: 100% OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-time (MezTal)About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and hands‑on Assistant Controller to join MezTal, supporting a U.S.-based client in the Senior Housing / Real Estate industry.This role will support the Controller in managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in working with Yardi.Key Responsibilities- Support the Controller in overseeing general ledger activities and financial reporting.- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.- Maintain and optimize accounting processes and workflows.
