We’re on a journey to become an AI-native enterprise, and we’re looking for a strategic and structured Business Analyst – AI Transformation to help us define the frameworks, standards, and enablement materials that will guide this evolution.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst – AI Transformation, you will play a key role in shaping how Ascendion operates in the age of AI.
You’ll design and document the core processes, governance structures, and best practices that define our AI-native transformation framework.
This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, process design expertise, and transformation mindset — ideal for someone who loves turning vision into clarity and structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and document operating models, frameworks, and governance standards for AI-native transformation.
* Map current-state and future-state processes across people, technology, and workflows.
* Develop templates, checklists, and enablement tools to support transformation consistency across all business units.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adoption of AI-native practices and standards.
* Maintain and continuously improve the AI Transformation Playbook, incorporating lessons learned and evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business transformation, strategy, operations, or a related field.
* Proven ability to design and document frameworks, processes, or methodologies.
* Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills across multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience in change management, organizational design, or enablement programs is highly valued.
* Familiarity with AI concepts, digital transformation, or data-driven operations is a plus.
