Your legal knowledge and contributions will help us ensure that we are supporting the needs and interests of the patients we serve.
How you will make an impact :
* Execute general administrative duties to support the EMEACLA Law department management and staff.
* Perform administrative tasks such as supporting team meetings, managing schedules and calendars with accuracy, designing presentations, and updating reports.
* Support budget management, track invoices, chargebacks, and payments, and file contracts and vendor agreements.
* Assist the Spain Country Attorney and Regional Corporate Secretary with paperwork for legal entities, including notary and registry formalities, document signatures, and files management.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
What you will need (Required) :
* University degree or equivalent in professional education (FP).
What else we look for (Preferred) :
* Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage travel arrangements.
* Highly organized, accurate, and dedicated to providing excellent internal and external client service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal skills for communication across the organization and with external contacts.
* Good problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
* Proactive attitude with a 'can-do' mindset.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
