About the Client
The client operates a fast-growing marketing agency that helps medical spas, nurse estheticians, franchises, and established clinics install predictable patient acquisition systems.
The agency provides a full done-for-you marketing and acquisition system, including:
* Lead qualification and appointment setting through an in-house patient sales team
* Coaching and consulting to improve backend conversions
Currently, the business generates approximately $3M in annual revenue, operates with around 20 team members, and has strong client case studies along with a 4.4 Trustpilot rating across 50+ reviews.
The next goal is simple: scale the agency to eight figures.
To achieve this, the founder needs to focus more heavily on high-level strategy and growth initiatives, which is why the client is hiring a high-level operator to manage day-to-day execution.
The Role
You will effectively operate as the Operator / General Manager / COO of the agency.
Your responsibility is to turn the founder’s vision into execution across the entire company.
Key Responsibilities Marketing
* Oversee paid advertising campaigns and lead generation performance
* Manage funnels, creative production, and overall acquisition strategy
* Lead the sales team, including setters and closers
* Manage pipeline performance and conversion targets
* Set projections and improve revenue performance
Team & Culture
* Run daily team meetings
* Maintain accountability and team morale
* Set weekly and monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Hiring & Training
* Recruit and onboard high-performing team members across departments
* Build systems and SOPs where they do not yet exist
* Solve capacity issues before they impact growth
KPI Management
* Ensure the agency consistently hits monthly targets
Strategic Execution
* Turn high-level strategy into actionable execution plans
* Build systems and processes that support company scale
If something takes the founder more than five minutes and is not high-level strategic work, you will own it.

Compensation
On-target Annual earnings: $120,000 – $180,000
Additional profit share is included, aligning incentives with company performance.
The position is fully remote.
