The Role This is a commercial, outbound sales-driven role focused on developing market entry strategies and identifying and generating new channel or direct hospital opportunities in international healthcare markets.You will engage directly with:Hospitals and clinical stakeholdersMedical device distributorsHealthcare decision-makersKey Opinion LeadersYou will be representing 3 various MedTech clients wand coordinate their market entry. In the role you willoversee the strategy, build pipeline, generate qualified meetings, and support international market entry .Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop market entry strategies and roadmap development
- Execute outbound sales (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) targeting hospitals and distributors
- Generate qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities
- Identify and qualify new distributors and healthcare accounts
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and follow-up structure
- Support client projects with market insights and opportunity development
- Coordinate and work in sales support teamsWhat We're Looking For Experience (Required)- 3–6 years in sales or business development
- Minimum 2–3 years in medical devices / healthcare sales
- Experience in at least one of the following:Selling into hospitals or clinicsWorking for a medical device distributorSupporting or developing distributor networksExperience with outbound sales is essentialThis role is intended for early-career professionals, not senior profiles.
Profile- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Experience engaging healthcare stakeholders
- Structured in pipeline and KPI management
Languages- Fluent English, Spanish and French or Italian (required for sales conversations) xiphteb
- Additional EU languages are a strong plus
