Mission:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for our Water Treatment category, including manual chemical treatment, chlorinators, and pool chemicals. This role will support our international commercial strategy, ensuring alignment between product positioning, sales enablement, and market competitiveness. You will:
* Work cross-functionally with Global Product Managers, Sales, local marketing teams, and the Global Digital team to develop the business and drive growth.
Your responsibilities:
* Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies across target regions, focusing on consumer purchase and usage behavior, industry trends, and commercial requests.
* Identify product needs and opportunities to maintain and grow a competitive portfolio. Develop and manage the product roadmap in coordination with the Global Product Management Team. Collaborate with local sales teams to gather feedback and define market-fit actions.
* Define and update positioning and pricing strategies with the Revenue Growth Management Team and local sales teams.
* Support new product market introduction, including rollout plans and go-to-market strategies.
* Manage portfolio complexity and inventory levels through SKU rationalization.
* Support forecasting activities by analyzing market trends and competition.
* Create and update sales-oriented documents such as benchmark tables, sales pitches, and recaps.
* Provide guidelines and support for marketing communication materials, including visuals, leaflets, brochures, and videos, especially in coordination with the Marcom Manager and Training team.
* Coordinate content updates in tools like PIM and brand websites.
* Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, distributors, and partners to promote product adoption and technical understanding.
* Develop sales enablement materials to support product launches and campaigns.
* Understand B2C, B2B2C, and D2C dynamics to define effective strategies for cleaning products.
Qualifications:
* Engineering or Economics degree with specialization in Marketing or Business.
* At least 3 years of experience in product or category marketing, preferably in B2B or technical/industrial sectors.
* Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Ability to collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams during product development.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
* Willingness to travel internationally to engage with sales teams, partners, and industry events.
