Reports to: Head of Revenue Growth Management
Collaborates with: Off-Trade Revenue Manager, On-Trade Revenue Manager, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Trade-Marketing Supply Chain
Role Purpose
Drive the optimization of value generated through Revenue Growth Management levers (pricing, mix, promotions, Trade Terms) by delivering strategic analysis, advanced modeling, and actionable recommendations that connect commercial, financial, and brand strategies.
This role acts as a bridge between commercial, financial, Trade‑marketing and marketing strategy, ensuring that revenue decisions are aligned with brand value creation and business ambition.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and lead cross-functional revenue optimization projects (pricing, mix, elasticity, promotions, etc.).
* Develop simulation models and strategic business scenarios.
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability and commercial efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to align revenue decisions with P&L objectives and market execution.
* Support the RGM team in its transformation process toward becoming a strategic partner.
* Generate actionable insights from internal and external data (market, competition, consumer).
* Contribute to the design of tools and processes that elevate the RGM function.
* Manage pricing in Anaplan for volumes generated through the S&OP process, ensuring that prices applied in the Rolling Forecast reflect commercial, financial, and brand strategy.
Ideal Profile
* 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy or revenue management
* Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar. MBA or Master’s in Strategy or Marketing is a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and modeling tools. Experience with Anaplan is highly valued.
* Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and impact orientation.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Transformation mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
