Collaborate and coordinate with the Applications, Marketing, Medical Advisory, Account Managers and Technical Team in support of the sale of the company’s products.- Work across the matrixed GE HealthCare organization to provide customers with a single point of contact, while supporting the maximization of business opportunities.- This role is very dynamic and suitable for a commercial orientated person passionate about innovating commercially with the aim of increasing income and creating meaningful relationships with customers and partners.- Manage CRM tools, maintaining all opportunities and relevant account and customer information to support accurate forecasting and trends.- Responsible for Iberia Sales Territory with a specialized focus on cardiology.- Represent multiple business groups (cross product/business/P&L;) to named account(s), on a regional/country basis.- Influence the development of strategy for the broad sales territory, including control of resources.- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.- Stay informed of industry trends that may inform work.**Required Qualifications**:- More than 10 years of experience in Commercial roles in the Pharmaceutical Business (preferred- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence the development of strategy for the sales territory.- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.- Ability to find added value solutions for customers.- Challenger, creative, imaginative, flexible, and ready to adapt.- Customer-focused.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.- Excellent presentation skills.- Highly motivated team player, collaborative with others to solve problems.- Trained in new sales and marketing technologies.**Desired Characteristics**:- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.- Established project management skills**Inclusion and Diversity**:GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
