Glow People is building a culture-led beauty brand rooted in one belief: sleep is skincare.
We're entering the US market and looking for someone to own and scale our social presence from the ground up.
This is a startup role.
There is no existing social team.

The Role
You will own Instagram and TikTok end-to-end for the US market — strategy, content direction, creator partnerships and growth.
There is no layered team underneath you (yet). This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you will both think and execute.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a 90-day US social growth strategy
- Own Instagram and TikTok content planning and publishing
- Develop repeatable content formats and test aggressively
- Concept and brief short-form video content (Reels + TikTok)
- Analyze performance weekly and iterate fast
- Source, manage and scale influencer gifting + creator partnerships
- Build and manage a micro-creator network
- Identify trends early and adapt them in brand-relevant ways
- Ensure brand voice stays sharp and culturally distinctive
- Collaborate with paid media to ensure creative is performance-ready
You will be responsible for outcomes, not just output.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years managing social for beauty, fashion or DTC brands
- Proven experience scaling Instagram and/or TikTok accounts
- Deep understanding of US beauty + Gen Z internet culture
- Strong short-form video instincts (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Experience running influencer gifting and paid creator campaigns
- Analytical mindset — you can explain why something worked
- Comfortable operating without a large support team
- Confident owning both strategy and execution

- Built a creator program from scratch
- Worked in fast-moving startup environments
