Thanks to our growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join the amazing Lucas Fox team in Jávea.

We have an extensive portfolio of outstanding properties in the most desirable areas of Spain and a team of multilingual and experienced professionals, dedicated to delivering a comprehensive range of high-quality services to our clients.

Main responsibilities:
* In-depth knowledge of Jávea's real estate market.
* Manage client allocations from initial contact through to post-sale completion.
* Manage the full sales cycle, offering creative solutions for vendors and buyers.
* Organize and prepare agents for viewings and collaborate with international agents.
* Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking results and activity.
* Ensure all business goals and targets are met regularly.
* Manage, mentor, train, and coach team members to develop and achieve results.
* Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
* Assist agents during the sales process and resolve complications creatively.
* Participate actively in deal closures and offer management.
* Assist in recruiting and provide feedback on the hiring process.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in real estate is a plus, especially with knowledge of Jávea's key areas and international clients.
* Experience managing a team.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with a drive to achieve top results.
* Results-oriented, capable of working in an international team.
* Proactive with a positive attitude.
* Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
* Experience working with demanding clients is preferred.
