About The Role

Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each segment operates like a specialized unit, from prospecting to activation, owning their market with a solution-oriented approach to rapidly grow our customer base.

We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who is skilled at identifying prospective customers in the mid-market segment. With comprehensive knowledge of our product suite, you will match customers with the best plans, assist with adopting new features, and promote increased usage of existing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
* Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
* Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers based on indicators like turnover, employee count, industry, etc.
* Conducting discovery and qualification to assess customer needs during sign-up, providing support and guidance.
* Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships through relevant insights, cross-selling, and feedback sharing.
What You'll Need
* Fluency in English and German.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
* Over 3 years of experience managing full sales cycles as an Account Executive.
* A proven record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
* Strong prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new business.
* Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech, with knowledge of local competitors.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level decision makers, preferably C-suite executives.
* Clear communication skills to articulate product capabilities effectively.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product and Support.
Nice to Have
* Fluency in another European language.
* Experience selling financial products and features.
* Experience using Salesforce.
