- Developing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clienteling, exceptional customer service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑generating initiatives.
- Ensuring a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience for every customer.
- Thinking strategically to align the business with company standards and objectives.
- Prioritizing, planning, delegating, and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Optimizing inventory management, cash control, and loss‑prevention procedures.
