Position Overview
Globeducate is seeking a visionary and hands‑on leader to drive its global marketing, branding, and communications strategy. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Admissions Officer, the ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of integrated communications across internal and external channels, manage brand architecture across 65+ schools, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging aligned with Globeducate’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a unified communications strategy that reflects Globeducate’s core pillars: Educational Excellence, Skills & Competences, Character Building, and Global Perspective.
Oversee internal communications to foster engagement and alignment across schools, clusters, regional and central teams.
Lead external communications, including public relations, media outreach, and crisis response, ensuring consistent brand representation and strategic visibility across all regions and platforms.
Develop and execute earned‑media strategies across all levels, supported by a coordinated PR calendar at school, cluster, and group levels.
Act as the primary guardian of brand reputation, proactively managing stakeholder perceptions and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic positioning.
Lead the strategic evolution of Globeducate’s brand clusters, ensuring vertical coordination, consistency, and alignment with educational priorities and regional identities.
Oversee development and refinement of cluster‑level brand identities and message houses in close collaboration with the Education Team, ensuring clarity of value propositions and relevance across diverse school contexts.
Establish and enforce brand guidelines and co‑branding standards across schools, clusters, and group‑level communications to maintain a unified and impactful brand presence.
Champion the Globeducate endorsement, ensuring it is consistently represented across all communications, brand touchpoints, and regions.
Design and implement cluster‑level marketing campaigns in collaboration with schools and regions to drive enrolment, engagement, and brand awareness.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, microsites, and overall content creation.
Collaborate with regional teams to optimise marketing performance and share best practices.
Oversee the development and management of creative assets across the organization, streamlining workflows and enhancing brand quality.
Define and implement communication channel templates, tools, and guidelines across schools and clusters.
Develop and maintain content calendars, PR grids, and social media guidelines, ensuring all communications are audience‑specific, authentic, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Continue to assess, leverage, and strengthen strategic partnerships (e.g., WWF, Eco‑Schools, LEGO Education) to amplify messaging and student engagement.
Integrate the impact of strategic partnerships into Globeducate’s communications strategy, ensuring they are visibly reflected across brand narratives and stakeholder messaging.
Collaborate with education and operations teams to align communications with academic and enrolment goals.
Lead, guide, and mentor a global marketing and communications team, ensuring high‑quality execution at both school and regional levels.
Implement a dual‑reporting structure to leverage regional talent while ensuring global coordination.
Foster career development and cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strategic expertise and leadership.
Demonstrated impact in senior leadership roles across marketing, branding, and communications, preferably in complex, global matrix organisations.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Expertise in brand architecture, digital marketing, PR, and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work across cultures, regions, and organisational levels.
Strong understanding of emerging trends and the disruptive potential of AI and new technologies.
