Position Summary RevX is seeking a highly driven and client-obsessed Account Manager to join our Programmatic Performance DSP team. You will be responsible for managing key advertiser relationships and driving revenue growth across mobile user acquisition, app retargeting, and Connected TV campaigns. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role requiring deep programmatic expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive, thoughtful approach to customer success. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—Sales, Campaign Management, Product, Engineering, Design—to deliver exceptional results and white-glove service for some of the most innovative mobile app marketers. Major Responsibilities ● Own and grow a portfolio of performance-focused mobile advertisers and agency clients, ensuring long-term success and revenue expansion. ● Act as the voice of the client internally—advocating for their needs and collaborating across functions to exceed performance KPIs. ● Monitor campaign delivery and performance daily, running deep data analyses and partnering with campaign managers for granular optimization. ● Deliver strategic insights and recommendations through regular performance reviews and reporting. ● Expand expertise across user acquisition, app retargeting, programmatic supply, CTV, MMPs, SSPs, and dynamic creatives. ● Support product innovation by surfacing client feedback and collaborating with Product, Tech, and Data Science teams on testing, QA, and feature rollouts. ● Provide proactive account management—anticipating client needs and bringing creative problem-solving to each interaction. ● Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, client onboarding, and best practices development to raise the overall quality of service. ● Build trusted relationships where clients recognize RevX as the industry benchmark for service and performance. Required Experience/Skills ● 3–4 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the programmatic media-buying ecosystem. ● Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns—user acquisition, retargeting, or CTV—preferably for mobile-first advertisers. ● Deep knowledge of RTB environments, in-app advertising, and the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, etc.). ● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from large data sets using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and pivot tables. ● Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of client success. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—both internally and externally. ● Detail-oriented, self-aware, positive, and highly organized with strong time management abilities. ● Demonstrated ability to “surprise and delight” clients with white-glove service and thoughtful interactions. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience working with mobile app advertisers across diverse verticals (gaming, e-commerce, fintech, etc.). ● Familiarity with deep linking, creative personalization, data integrations, and campaign automation. ● Comfort operating in cross-functional teams with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering. ● Previous exposure to Connected TV or performance branding campaigns is a plus. ● Experience in high-growth, fast-paced adtech environments. ● Multilingual (English German and/or Spanish) is a strong plus for international client portfolios.
