The role is very autonomous and you will be talking to (and visiting) existing and new customers (all are supermarkets, restaurants, caterers and retailers), attending food-events and developing new business as well as introducing customers to new CHINESE food flavours and products. We welcome applications from fresh graduates and professionals from other industries who demonstrate strongstrong communication skills /strong, stronga passion for client-facing sales environments /strong, and strongexcellent interpersonal abilities /strong. This is an strongoutside sales role /strong, requiring regular visits to restaurants, suppliers, and retail partners. /ppThe position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to grow business relationships across the retail, foodservice, and distribution channels. /ppbr/ppstrongDUTIES /strong /ppstrongBusiness Development Market Expansion /strong /pulliIdentify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position within the industry. /liliDevelop new commercial relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. /liliIncrease market penetration by promoting product adoption among restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets. /li /ulpstrongAccount Management /strong /pulliManage relationships with restaurant groups, suppliers, wholesalers, and retail partners. /liliWork closely with customers to expand product listings and increase SKU presence. /liliEnsure strong customer engagement through regular visits and ongoing support. /li /ulpstrongSales Growth Product Placement /strong /pulliIntroduce new product lines to restaurants and support them in sourcing products through distributors. /liliIncrease product visibility and availability within supermarkets, wholesalers, and distribution channels. /liliMonitor stock levels and collaborate with partners to minimise out-of-stock situations. /li /ulpstrongCustomer Education Product Promotion /strong /pulliEducate customers on product applications and benefits through presentations, product demonstrations, and sampling. /liliSupport partners with promotional activities and product knowledge to drive sales. /li /ulpstrongReporting Market Insights /strong /pulliPrepare regular sales and activity reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising key information. /liliProvide insights on market trends, customer feedback, and new opportunities. /li /ulpstrongIndustry Engagement /strong /pulliRepresent the business at regional trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events. /liliFollow up on leads generated through events and market activities. /li /ulpstrongAdditional Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations to customers. /liliUndertake other duties and responsibilities as required. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /ppstrongEducation /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li /ulpstrongWork Experience /strong /pulliMinimum strong1-2 years of sales or marketing experience /strong, preferably within strongFMCG or consumer goods /strong. /liliExperience working with strongretail, distribution, or foodservice channels /strong is highly desirable. /li /ulpstrongSkills /strong /pulliStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /liliGood analytical ability with the capacity to interpret market and sales data. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. /liliProficiency in strongMicrosoft Office /strong. /li /ulpstrongLanguages /strong /pullistrongFluent Spanish and Chinese /strong required. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills. /liliEnglish is desirable but not necessary. /li /ulpstrongPersonal Competencies /strong /pulliSelf-motivated and results-driven. /liliStrong organisational and time-management skills. /liliComfortable working independently in a field-based sales role while collaborating with cross-functional teams. /li /ulpstrongOther Requirements /strong /pulliPermission to work in Spain. /liliFull European driving licence (role involves regular driving). /liliInterest in Asian cuisine is beneficial for client communication and product engagement. /li /ul
