We’re currently searching for an experienced content manager to create and implement the client’s content strategy, including strategy development and writing content across multiple channels and platforms that drive awareness, increase engagement and traffic, share the brand story, and increase conversion and enrollment.

This is a rare opportunity to further develop a career working with US-based clients and collaborating closely with some of the leading experts in our industry.

Work from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time, fully remote position, based on EST (PST) time zone.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager leads the execution of the client's content strategy, including strategy development and content creation across multiple channels that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

The role involves writing and editing content for digital channels such as web, social media, email, blogs, and newsletters. The Content Manager will analyze content performance and make strategic adjustments to optimize results.

The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop content and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration

* Serve as the main contact for website-related development requests, providing assets and clarification.
* Collaborate with SEO and paid media agencies to implement strategies and review content.
* Support franchisee requests related to website functionality, SEO, and search visibility.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals.

Content Development & Management

* Upload content to CMS for landing pages, blogs, and updates.
* Perform QA testing on new builds for layout, links, responsiveness, and content accuracy.
* Assist in designing landing pages using Figma and provide input on functionality.

Ticket & Workflow Management

* Create Jira tickets for development requests.
* Monitor and follow up on tickets for timely completion.
* Manage content tasks in Wrike, such as SEO pages and updates.

Testing & Optimization

* Design and analyze A/B tests to improve user engagement.
* Set up GA4 tags and triggers for tracking when needed.
* Generate GA4 reports and data insights.

Internal Communications

* Draft communications and guides for franchisees on new features and tools.
* Ensure messaging is clear and aligned with operational goals.

Qualifications

* Native or near-native English proficiency.
* At least 2 years of marketing experience in content writing and management.
* Experience with enterprise web content management platforms.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices.
