Responsibilities:
* Lead the Neurosciences medical affairs team in Spain.
* Contribute to the development of the medical plan by understanding the needs of patients and health professionals, generating medical evidence through clinical trials and RWE studies, and effectively communicating research results to improve patient outcomes. Establish collaborations with scientific experts and the medical community, serving as a medical reference and providing complete, accurate, and transparent information on Lilly's new medicines in the area.
* Support other company areas by providing scientific training on diseases and drugs within the therapeutic area.
* Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance to communicate adverse effects to health authorities.
* Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines, publications, current trends in clinical practice, and scientific developments in the therapeutic area.
Basic Requirements:
* Physician with Medical Specialty (MIR) in Neurology, Clinical Pharmacology, or Internal Medicine.
* Experience in clinical research.
* Previous leadership experience in medical teams.
* Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1/advanced).
Additional Skills/Preferences:
* Additional training in pharmaceutical medicine.
* Good knowledge of clinical research methods: statistics, epidemiology, etc.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Additional Information:
* Travel requirement: 20%.
* Location: Alcobendas (Madrid), Spain.
