Job Responsibilities:
Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, complete contract signing, and achieve annual sales targets.Track the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, foreign exchange collection, etc.) and address related issues promptly.Manage relationships with international customers, including contact, meetings, receptions, and visits.Supervise customer payment recovery to reduce accounts receivable.Assist customers in developing sales policies and promoting sales activities.Job Requirements:
Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science, Seed Industry, or related fields.At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.Willing to undertake international business trips.Good communication skills and strong execution ability.Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a foreign language to communicate directly with international clients.Only local citizens are eligible.
