The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under their control, manage changes, and collaborate on the technical and architectural design, analysis, and implementation of approved projects. Experience working with Process Automation technologies is required, with the candidate serving as a Subject Matter Expert in this area.
Responsibilities:
* Designing technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Leading successful technology implementations to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
* Designing future automations and maintaining accurate documentation compliant with methodologies, IT policies, and security requirements.
* Engaging in business process and automation design with high capacity for solution design aligned with business needs.
Skills:
* Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Chromium browser extensions, and automation tools like Playwright or Selenium. Knowledge of PowerApps is a plus.
* Experience with development tools, code review, and producing high-level technical and solution designs.
* Strong analytical skills, especially in incident and malfunction identification.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; experience in the banking sector is preferred.
* Teamwork, leadership, communication skills, high commitment, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and plan tasks.
