WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Experience testing Windows applications and enterprise-level software
- Familiarity with retail technology environments (e.G., boutique systems)
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies
- Proven experience in Level 2 technical support
- Ability to follow structured testing plans and corporate documentation standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills within predefined technology frameworks (no custom package development)
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with over 20 global stakeholders
- High attention to detail, patience, and a structured, diplomatic approach to work
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Execute comprehensive test plans in a mock boutique environment before general rollouts
- Validate new programs, devices, and applications according to enterprise standards
- Document all test results and technical findings for stakeholder review
- Create technical documentation aligned with internal standards
- Provide Level 2 support to boutique teams post-deployment
- Troubleshoot issues while respecting existing technology catalog constraints
- Escalate unresolved incidents via established escalation protocols
- Collaborate with over 20 global stakeholders across technical and business teams
