Strategic Leadership Opportunity for Executive Director, General Partner– Biopharma
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, General Partner– Biopharma to lead our developing partnership account(s) in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and expand deep relationships at the highest levels within assigned accounts.
* Drive team to achieve target within Clinical Development Services Division and all Clinical Research business units.
* Develop and maintain active account plans and demonstrate progress against planned strategies.
* Identify key areas of strategic expansion within assigned accounts and drive proactive selling across all business units.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* 15+ years of experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sales industry, with strong preference for account management experience.
* Demonstrated success in similar commercial leadership roles, consistently achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
