Job Description
Working within the Relay Supply and Performance (RSP) team within Amazon EU Surface Transportation, this role specifically sits within our Carrier Community Impact (CCI) team, whose mission is to uphold and improve the impact of our Line-Haul operations in local communities across the EU. We advocate for positive safety standards and experiences for EU communities surrounding the 120+ Fulfillment Centers/Sort Centers and 300+ Delivery Stations we operate in.
You will help lead and develop strategies to improve community sentiment towards Amazon within the EU. Your responsibilities include working cross-functionally to address root causes of community concerns, managing escalations, linking stakeholders, and delivering timely solutions. You will also review and improve existing content and processes, define success metrics, and provide actionable insights.
This role offers an opportunity to positively impact carriers and communities across the EU by providing them with the resources needed to succeed and ensuring scalable solutions align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate root causes of community concerns and create action plans.
* Coordinate with partner teams to implement fixes for community-impact issues.
* Develop and analyze performance metrics with analytics teams.
* Create innovative solutions using data and research.
* Track and escalate issues to ensure resolution.
* Support teams as a Subject Matter Expert and build trusted partnerships.
* Communicate findings clearly and effectively.
* Drive adoption of community programs among operations teams.
* Support new site launches to mitigate community impact issues before opening.
About The Team
The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team plays a central role in Amazon’s success, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable delivery operations across air, sea, and land transport, supported by data-driven decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
* Experience in program or project management
* Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* Experience in process improvement using data and metrics
* Experience in supply chain management
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership
* Experience driving process improvements
* Stakeholder management skills
* Process building and project scheduling experience
