We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our international team. The IT Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, project management, and collaboration with various departments to support our growth and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with your IT colleague to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g.,Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
