Overview
Company: DeepCool, a premier manufacturer in the computer hardware industry, delivering high quality solutions in Computer Cases, Power Supplies, Coolers, and Accessories for customers in over 70 countries. As we expand into the Iberian market, we are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the promotion and sales of DeepCool products in the Iberia region (cases, power supplies, coolers, accessories).
- Proactively engage existing customers and potential clients for in-market sales activities and participate in industry events to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct targeted market research to identify potential direct customers and provide market intelligence to Engineering, Product and Marketing teams.
- Develop and manage local distribution channels to strengthen DeepCool's brand presence in Iberia.
- Submit weekly reports to the Regional Manager with sales performance analysis and market insights.
- Serve as a key account manager for customers in the region; devise and execute marketing strategies based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to drive channel development for retail and system integration in the region.
- Maintain the CRM system with marketing information, quotes, opportunities, projects, etc.
- Monitor product inventory and market competition to inform regional sales decisions.
- Undertake other tasks such as assisting in the development of Channel and Media marketing as directed by the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director for Europe & Africa markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales or procurement experience in the relevant product category, with established channel relationships.
- Good knowledge of the computer hardware market in Iberia, including understanding of local distribution structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Spanish and English is essential. Portuguese is a plus.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- University degree in IT, technology, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
