You will ensure the right infrastructure, tools, and processes are in place to optimise multichannel efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, you will align marketing efforts with business priorities, develop impactful campaigns, and support lead generation. You will look after local activation for Italy, Spain, and Portugal. This role is based in Europe, with up to 20% travel required.Main Responsibilities Will IncludeCo-create and adapt campaign assets to promote strategic programs to customers in the hub based on material defined by the Marketing groupAnalyze available metrics to evaluate overall campaign performance, channel preference, and message resonance;
suggest optimizations based on KPIsDrive an integrated plan across multiple platforms, tailored to partner/audience for the hub based on strategic priorities and business objectivesCollaborate effectively to contribute to Marketing Plan preparationConduct market research to increase customer insights. Work with agencies on asset production and campaign optimizationManage MLR approval and localization processesOnboard, drive, and deploy lead generation and handling frameworks with Sales, from campaign inception to qualified lead handoverCommunicate regularly and effectively within internal teams, leadership, and sales organizationMonitor marketing activities budget and report monthly to Senior Omnichannel ManagerDevelop knowledge of our portfolio and BU value propositions, omnichannel & digital marketing expertise to share with the marketing team in the hubAbout YouBachelor's and/or Master’s degree or equivalentAt least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, including Med Tech Industry and omnichannel marketingCampaign design and content creation skillsProficient in English and other European languagesKnowledge of CRM & Sales enablement tools (e.G., Salesforce, Showpad)Click on apply if this sounds like you!We are the makers of possibleBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies.
