We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Madrid headquarters. This on-site role is idóneo for a professional with 1–3 years of experience in the aviation spare parts and aftermarket industry, supporting commercial airlines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in aviation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships while supporting sales activities for aircraft spare parts, component solutions, and aftermarket services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts for aviation spare parts and aftermarket solutions serving commercial airlines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airline customers, MROs, and industry partners.
- Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and order fulfillment.
- Identify new business opportunities and help expand existing customer accounts.
- Maintain CRM records, sales activity updates, and customer communication history.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity within the aviation aftermarket sector.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in aviation spare parts, aircraft components, aftermarket sales, or a related aviation commercial xcskxlj role.
- Understanding of the commercial airline aftermarket environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to grow within the aviation industry.
