Responsibilities:
* Log issues and updates accurately in our internal tracking system.
* Understand client objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues and ensure success.
* Reconcile invoices and explain charges to customers.
* Initiate billing adjustments where appropriate.
* Identify root causes of issues and diagnose as software defects, misconfigurations, or user errors.
* Support multiple cloud solutions, primarily focusing on Microsoft O365.
* Contribute to service desk process development.
* Collaborate with departments and vendors for timely issue resolution.
You Have:
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft products.
* Ability to prioritize requests and manage expectations.
* Attention to detail and quick execution in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Experience troubleshooting SaaS cloud solutions is a plus.
* Ability to adapt and thrive in changing environments.
