Global Technical Support Technician.
Development of software, tools and improved calculation procedures to increase the efficiency of engineering teams, costs, etc.
Technology monitoring and implementation of advanced solutions (AI, Automation, etc.) for the analysis of possibilities for improving the work procedures of the rest of the departments.
Technical support in after sales, problems in installations, consultations on possibilities of adapting current solutions
Analysis of calculation methodologies in new products or developments
Analysis of new technical documentation such as wind tunnels, corrosion studies, etc for the application in the technical justifications.
Preparation, monitoring and management of cybersecurity procedures in accordance with the requirements of European or international regulations. Preparation, management and update of product assembly manuals.
Support to the sales and pre-sales area for the technical defense of solutions in the offers that require it.
Strictly comply with the cybersecurity standards established in the company.
Work actively with the QHSE manager in the monitoring of the company's management system (Quality, Environment, ORP and energy management).
To keep the management manager (Quality, Environment, ORP and energy management) permanently informed about any aspects or incidents related to quality management, the environment, prevention and energy management.
Be aware of quality and the environment, as well as risk prevention, including relationships and actions with suppliers and subcontractors.

Training in Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering with a speciality in structural calculation.
~Experience Excel + VBA.
~ Advanced knowledge of programming (C#, Python, JavaScript).
~ Experience in using Robot or Sap2000 calculation software.
~ Fluent English.
~ NET API (VB.NET/C#), AutoLisp, ObjectARX (C++).
Knowledge in photovoltaic installations.
