Overview:
Responsible for creation and automation of reporting and metrics.
This role is a Global SSC role facilitating, simplifying, and automating processes throughout the different regional Centers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports maintenance of all SSC related system interfaces for all JBT locations.
- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the RPA solutions.
- Creates and maintains interfaces between 3rd party systems and ERP.
- Troubleshoots any interface or reporting issues.
- Prepares and maintains KPI’s and reports.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure maximum automation.
- Standardize process automation initiatives between all centers globally.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Participates in ERP and 3rd party system migrations.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field; Will consider years of experience in replacement of degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience in RPA implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of robotic process automation tools, preferable BluePrism or UiPath and Power Automate
- Experience in the development of RPA solutions with Python.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, databases, and software development processes.
- Basic knowledge in other programming languages, preferable in JavaScript.
- Experience in Tableau data analysis and development.
- Experience working with Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of GitHub repositories.
- Experience in interfacing with employees and managers in resolving discrepancies
