Overview:Responsible for creation and automation of reporting and metrics.This role is a Global SSC role facilitating, simplifying, and automating processes throughout the different regional Centers.**Responsibilities**:- Supports maintenance of all SSC related system interfaces for all JBT locations.- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions.- Monitor and maintain the RPA solutions.- Creates and maintains interfaces between 3rd party systems and ERP.- Troubleshoots any interface or reporting issues.- Prepares and maintains KPI’s and reports.- Analyze and optimize existing processes to ensure cost efficiency.- Collaborate with other teams to ensure maximum automation.- Standardize process automation initiatives between all centers globally.- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.- Participates in ERP and 3rd party system migrations.- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field; Will consider years of experience in replacement of degree- At least 2-3 years of experience in RPA implementation.- Extensive knowledge of robotic process automation tools, preferable BluePrism or UiPath and Power Automate- Experience in the development of RPA solutions with Python.- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, databases, and software development processes.- Basic knowledge in other programming languages, preferable in JavaScript.- Experience in Tableau data analysis and development.- Experience working with Azure Functions.- Knowledge of GitHub repositories.- Experience in interfacing with employees and managers in resolving discrepancies**Core Competencies**:- Drive for Results.- Experience in process analysis.- Excellent customer service skills.- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.- Teamwork.**Skills**:- Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.- Strong ability to work with mínimal supervision.- Good written and oral communication skills.- Highly organized and ability to meet strict deadlines.**Languages**:- Fluent verbal/written Spanish and English.**Mobility**:- The position is based in San Fernando de Henares - Madrid.- Travel required (due to Global scope)**We offer**:- Permanent Contract.- Competitive benefits package that includes medical insurance and restaurant tickets.- Versátil working hours.- Three times a week of home office.JourneywithJBTLI-EM1
