WE ARE HIRING
We are looking for a French-speaking Account Director based in Barcelona to support the development of trade marketing campaigns (digital, POS, goodies), mainly in the mobile industry sector for national & international clients.
This is a key client-facing role with a strong mix of:
Account Management
Project Leadership
Business Development
You will manage strategic accounts, lead projects from brief to delivery, and ensure a high standard of service and execution across all stages.
Languages required: French (fluent) and English (professional level)
Location: Barcelona (on-site + occasional travel for client meetings)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, the Account Director is managing a Project Manager, and will have the following responsibilities.
1. Account Management & Leadership
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships based on trust and excellence in service
Understand client needs, challenge briefs when needed, and translate them into actionable project plans
Lead client presentations, quotations, timelines, and recommendations
Ensure high client satisfaction and project follow-through
2. Project leadership (from brief to delivery)
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final launch
Turn client input into clear internal briefs for creative and production teams
Coordinate internal teams (design, production, project management) to ensure quality and efficiency
Work closely with suppliers on sourcing, feasibility, and negotiation when relevant
Oversee execution and ensure consistency, timing, and quality at every stage
3. Business Development & Growth
Own your account perimeter and actively develop it
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
Detect new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth
Monitor account performance and pipeline development

YOUR PROFILE
4+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or a related client-facing agency role
Experience in trade marketing / POS / goodies / digital campaigns / retail activation
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking & priority management abilities
Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Creativity and a keen eye for innovation
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams (design, production, suppliers)
Business development mindset (growth, opportunities, account expansion)
Fluent French and professional English (mandatory)
Based in Barcelona (or ready to relocate quickly)
Master's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
