We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team on the Costa del Sol.
You will work with international clients, handle property viewings, manage negotiations, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process.
Responsibilities:
* Represent buyers and sellers in property transactions
* Conduct property viewings
* Manage client relationships and follow-ups
* Negotiate offers
* Work with international clientele
Requirements:
* Registered or willing to register as self-employed (autónomo)
* Experience in real estate sales
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market
* Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
