At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we're looking for a new teammate to join our HR team on a temporary basis .
As part of the Recruiting team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the company. We hire diverse profiles, mainly within Finance and IT, giving you exposure to dynamic and strategic roles.
What will your responsibilities be?
CV screening
Active sourcing through LinkedIn & InfoJobs
Conducting interviews
Managing the full hiring and onboarding process
Providing interview feedback
Offer management, follow-up and documentation
Onboarding process
Offboarding and exit interviews
Participation in job fairs and employer branding events
What are we looking for?
2-4 years of experience in recruitment
Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
A resilient and committed professional who understands urgency vs. importance and plans accordingly
People- and client-oriented mindset, proactive and eager to keep learning
Comfortable working under pressure with high recruitment volumes
