Job Purpose
Develop and publish the monthly schedule of pilots and co-pilots for all flights operated globally by Vueling in the assigned bases, according to Company planning standards and strategy, within the current regulatory framework, to maximize productivity & efficiency, flight crew satisfaction, and quality of life, while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Main Accountabilities
* Ensure all necessary information is available to carry out planning and identify working days to fly.
* Find the best solutions for the Company and its employees, balancing productivity & efficiency needs, flight crew requests, and maintaining satisfaction and quality of life, all while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
1. Design and maintain monthly long-term rosters for Flight Deck crew, ensuring compliance with regulatory, union, and company requirements.
2. Run optimization processes using Jeppesen Crew Rostering tools to meet operational and business needs.
3. Manage and update rosters within the Airline Information Management System (AIMS) .
4. Maintain and update crew databases, ensuring accurate administration of crew records.
5. Lead and execute all monthly processes across the Crew Planning value chain .
6. Actively contribute to process improvement projects and support business transformation initiatives.
7. Ensure continuous communication and effective collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (Flight Operations, Pilots, Training, Safety, HR, and other teams within Crew Planning).
8. Conduct data analysis (SQL, Tableau) to monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education
11. University degree and / or 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in commercial aviation.
Experience
12. 2-4 years of relevant experience in airport or airline companies.
13. Solid understanding of airline operations, ideally within a low-cost carrier environment.
14. Hands-on experience with Crew Planning software (e.g., AIMS, Jeppesen Crew Products).
15. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge of SQL, and Tableau .
