Join our dynamic HR team as a working student where you will develop, propose, and implement impactful policies and processes across various HR functional areas. You will advise managers and employees, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive in their roles. How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of the team, you will:
1. Conduct research and analyses on projects or programs to inform decision-making.
2. Communicate HR services, initiatives, and programs effectively to all stakeholders.
3. Respond to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures, providing clarity and guidance.
4. Maintain, develop, propose, and implement HR and company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
5. Support employees and managers in understanding and adhering to HR policies and guidelines.
6. Assist with HR Services projects, including payroll activities, ensuring smooth operations.
7. Utilize our HR management tool, Workday, to understand and enhance core processes.
What You Bring
8. A background in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
9. Excellent English speaking and writing skills for effective communication.
10. Experience in a corporate environment within the general HR field or HR services department is a plus.
11. Familiarity with design platforms and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
12. Knowledge of Workday is advantageous, along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
13. The ability to translate complex content into visual and compelling presentations and present confidently.
14. Strong interpersonal skills to connect and communicate efficiently with diverse individuals.
15. A keen desire to learn and further develop your skills in a supportive environment.
What You Need to Make a Difference
16. English Level B2.
17. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
18. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
