In this role, you will be the primary EHS interfacing with GE Vernova's wind blade manufacturing sites, ensuring robust EHS program implementation and regulatory compliance. You will work on-site with plant teams, aligning local actions with global EHS strategies, and supporting incident investigations, audits, and risk reduction. You will drive continuous EHS improvements on the shop floor using Lean tools and collaborate across Wind EHS leaders to standardize best practices. This is an impactful, hands-on position in a multi-site, industrial setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Serve as the main EHS contact for blade manufacturing sites and provide day-to-day support to plant leadership and local EHS teams
• Implement GE Vernova EHS programs (Framework 3.0, Life Saving Rules) within blade operations and embed them into daily work
• Monitor EHS performance (incidents, PSEs, audits, action closure) and drive corrective actions with site teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support inspections, audits, and internal assessments across blade plants
• Lead on-site incident response and investigations; coordinate lessons learned and risk-reduction actions
• Apply Lean problem-solving and digital tools on the shop floor to reduce risks and improve EHS processes
• Support new projects, product introductions, and facility changes ensuring EHS requirements align with global standards
• Collaborate with Wind Fixed Facilities EHS Leader and other Wind EHS leaders to ensure consistent execution of global initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related EHS field
• 10+ years of experience in executing EHS programs in manufacturing
• Proven experience leading xpzdshu EHS implementation at plant/operations level including investigations, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and translating them into practical plant actions
• Experience in a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English with strong communication and influencing skills
