About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and grow our user base in English-speaking regions. You’ll create and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and work closely with our content team to ensure effective communication across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
- Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to launch high-performing campaigns.
- Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns (ideally including English-speaking markets).
- Native or C2-level English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
